Local Home Inspection Company is seeking an experienced home inspector to
perform professional level home inspections in the Hampton Roads and lames city
county areas. In

satisfy the inspection needs of our clients.
compensation: $45-$65k annually. Generous compensation based on
commission share of inspections performed, Not 1099 or sub-contract position.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to demonstrate thorough understanding of home and building
systems.
- Must have 3-5 years of "hands on" experience in the building or contracting
trades.
- Experienced inspectors must have 2 years experience or 250 inspections.

- Able to work independently and have good customer communications skills.
- Willing and able to lift ladders, climb (walk-able) roofs and enter
crawlspaces.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Some college required. AS or BS degree in related industry.
- You must be licensed or eligible for Home Inspection licensing/certification
in state of Virginia. VA
Dept. Professional Occupation and Regulation (DPOR)
Must pass the National
Inspector exam and apply for licensing within 30 days of employment.

Benefits:

- $45-$65k annually. Based on total inspections (5 per week minimum). Inspectors
earn a percentage of the inspection fee, with bonuses for off hours, weekend and
holiday inspections.
- Inspectors with additional certifications (pool and spas, Irrigation, Termite
and moisture, etc.) earn extra income. Compensation increases with experience
and the number of inspections completed. Entry level inspectors will work as an
inspector assistant and be paid an hourly wage.
- Employee paid position, Not 1099 or sub-contract. Company paid employee taxes.

- Company vehicle for
*full time inspectors.
- Company provides appointments, customer relationship scheduling and
management, all back office support.
- On the job training, support and mentoring will be considered for entry level
inspector but limited for period of 90 Days.

Client Care Coordinator (open)
We are a local company in Hampton Roads is seeking to hire a business
coordinator.
The position of client care coordinator is full time position (40 hours per
week) and consist primarily of answering the phone, talking with clients,
scheduling inspections and managing the inspection schedule.
The client care coordinator is the friendly face of our business who interacts
directly with the client in answering their questions, explaining our services
and to facilitate scheduling.
The client care coordinator will answer directly to the office manager and the
owner/president of Final Analysis Property Inspections and will interact with
inspectors regarding their schedule. The Job coordinator must be well organized,
confident and authoritative with an impeccable personal brand while maintaining
a positive, compassionate and understanding team player spirit. This position is
in the center of business operations and is crucial to the smooth, cohesive
operation of the business. This position allows plenty of room for growth
and advancement with the company based on the candidates’ abilities.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
2+ years of relevant experience with
customer service and scheduling.

Monitor social media inquiries and online appointments.

Light work on Saturdays checking emails and phone messages
from home.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Quiet office in professional office complex. (Kempsville and Indian River

Inspectors work in the field and mostly not in the office.
